I AM JUST A MAN

I am just one of them,
One of these people,
Those that you see walk the streets,
And flock malls,
And sell things,
And make hair,
I am just one of them.
I am just one them,
These people that fleece believers,
And buy votes,
And steal from The People,
And walk at twilight,
And take bribe,
I am just one of them.
I am just one of them,
Them that saw Munroe die empty,
Them that know that Oprah has three months to
live,
And 2 billion dollars to spend,
Them that say till we meet,
To Kajwang,
Bado Mapambano,
I am just one of them.
I am just one of them,
Dying under the cruelty of ISIS,
Not any better than that of Assad,
Them that live through the horrors of Boko Haram,
Them that remember Ruhilla Adatia,
That's your gossip, more in an hour,
I am just one of them
I am just one of them,
Them that are against death penalty,
Them that see innocent people on the death row,
Them that see their daughter's rapists walking
free,
Them that look at the wealthy murderers of their
siblings fatten,
Them that have dry faces and wet insides,
Wet of tears,
I am just one of them.
I am just one of them,
Them that know that hunger kills more people in
Africa,
Than Ebola,
But because it cannot get the rich,
Its no tragedy,
Them that see their mothers feed their siblings on
dogs,
Them that feel the vacuum of the lost maize,
I am just one of them.
I am just one of them,
Them that succumb to cancer,
Them that have artists cancel concerts,
Because they are vulnerable to Ebola,
Them that sing malaria,
Them that are diagnosed,
With tetenus vaccines,
Laced with compulsory birth control content,
I am just one of them.
I am with them,
Just like them,
For them,
Because of them,
Infact,
I am them,
I am Just A Man.
